I’m a Senior Technical Sourcer & Talent Engagement Specialist for Appian (PaaS) which is headquartered in Mclean, VA.

I hold over a decade of successful experience recruiting and sourcing engineering professionals. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, I am responsible for building relationships with internal stakeholders, talent market research, prioritizing business needs, and creatively identifying and engaging with prospect candidates (that's you!). I am very passionate about sourcing, automation tools, personal branding, coffee, mentorship, continuous learning, wine, and actively trying not to go down a rabbit hole.
