If you are attending a virtual super day, please scroll down to learn how to best navigate our virtual interviews.
For your virtual interviews, we advise using a computer with a video. If you do not have access to a computer (or one with a camera), and will be using another device -- that is okay! We just ask that you let us know prior to Super Day.
Make sure you are comfortable, but professional. Business professional attire is preferred. Remember, you are the focus of the interview, not your wardrobe.
Your personalized schedule will be sent to your email address a day or two ahead of time, which includes your unique Google Meet link(s) for each presentation and/or interview. Your calendar invitation also provides a list of everyone you will be meeting with. Your general schedule for the day will look something like this (with breaks built in):
If something should happen during the day (WiFi problems, entered the wrong Google Meet, other technical difficulties, etc.), don't panic! Call or text Fiona McHugh immediately at (571) 366-3966. She is here to help.
For every session and each interview, be on time, and not early! Treat these Google Meet links as you would physical meeting rooms. Some of these "rooms" are shared and on a schedule -- please avoid disrupting any ongoing conversations.
You will be paired with 3-4 other candidates, as well as a couple of our engineers. These sessions are NOT interviews, so come with any questions you may have on the company or department culture, what it's been like working from home, what someone's journey was like from school to industry, etc!

Your recruiter should have sent you information regarding traveling to HQ. Please reach out to your recruiter if you have any questions regarding traveling to HQ or please refer to the Super Day travel FAQ document.

Drivers, please use the "Employee Entrance" off of Jones Branch Drive, and take a ticket upon entering the garage. Park in a non-reserved space, and take the elevator up to the building lobby where we will have a check-in table. Once on site, email parking@appian.com to validate your ticket.
