As Public Sector Solution Success Associate, you will drive adoption of new Solutions products built on the Appian platform and contribute to new product development within the government. This role works closely with a Solution Product Owner to communicate the sales, service, and support strategy of government Appian solutions internally and externally. You will contribute to go-to-market, enablement, and development efforts and provide SME knowledge for new products aimed at government agencies. You will leverage your expertise in industry use cases and buyer personas to uncover avenues for Appian to provide differentiated value. This is a cross-functional role that offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders in every Appian department, engage with the full spectrum of product launch and market adoption initiatives.

To be successful in this role you need:

  • Experience in at least one of the following functional areas is required:
    • Direct product management or product marketing experience
    • Experience project managing go-to-market initiatives
    • Experience in the Public Sector as a business analyst, technologist, or consultant who delivered projects into the industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consulting, technology, or strategy experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • Advanced computer skills including use of Google Drive, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
