We are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Demand to help drive the strategy, development and execution of GTM priorities. This role is responsible for building collaboration across the greater marketing organization to create, plan and deliver significant year-over-year growth in named target accounts, overall contacts and qualified leads. 

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, is driven, organized and detail-oriented; excels in operational excellence, program and project management. 


 

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on GTM campaign strategy and architecture 

  • Lead annual planning and strategy process for digital marketing for regional allocation and priorities

  • Develop digital marketing plays that connect audience segments, tactics, and marketing technology

  • Own end-to-end accountability of digital strategies and performance for specific areas of the business

  • Integrate with customer and field marketing to develop and execute ABM campaigns

  • In partnership with the product team, develop a targeted and differentiated value proposition messaging for our target industries and personas

  • Scale operational efficiency by developing repeatable campaigns and plays for execution

  • Manage and grow demand team

Basic qualifications:

  • 10+ years Demand Generation experience within an enterprise software environment

  • Seasoned team manager with a distributed team

  • Data-driven decision maker 

  • Strategic mindset while delivering results 

  • Superior communication skills - ability to prioritize and efficiently and transparently communicate marketing goals and results at a team, executive, and company level

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
