Success Management Senior Consultants advise our customers on how to achieve their desired outcomes with Appian software. SM Senior Consultants work as a member of a team supporting a portfolio of our small to medium-sized accounts. Additionally, SM Senior Consultants can be assigned to targeted work for large-size customers to provide advisory on a specific topic in their field of expertise. They will execute plays and accelerators (targeted consulting engagement) to deliver prescribed customer outcomes. SM Senior Consultants will engage and align regularly with key Appian stakeholders within the customer.
What you’ll do:
Project management and coordination - SM Senior Consultants will work with the customer to develop a backlog of advisory work as part of their success management engagement with Appian. They will then hold regular planning meetings to coordinate and plan the execution of this work.
Delivering target advisory engagements - SM Senior Consultants will deliver pre-defined advisory engagements called Accelerators from our advisory catalog based on the customers plan.
Identifying and Removing Barriers to Customer Success: SM Senior Consultants are responsible for understanding and attacking the key barriers to a customer's ability to ‘thrive’ with Appian: these barriers may be technical (e.g. root causes of major performance problems) process (e.g. governance maturity) or people (e.g. customer team skills)
