We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective field marketing programs and initiatives that support our overall business objectives.

As part of Appian’s EMEA Field Marketing team, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, industry, and business development teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with our sales team to identify key accounts, develop account-based marketing plans, and execute programs to engage prospects and customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that align with sales and marketing goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and develop targeted marketing plans that drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Leveraging corporate and Pan-EMEA marketing programs to support campaigns and activities in Latam countries, including but not limited to the localization of marketing content; manage and execute a variety of marketing programs, including events, webinars, campaigns, and other demand generation initiatives to attract prospects and customers and deliver high-quality lead generation opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Partner team and Partner Marketing team to drive joint marketing activities in the region.

  • Supporting Appian’s overall communications plan with the objective to increase the company’s brand recognition in Latam countries, working closely with the PR agency. 

  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to support the creation of local customer success stories and videos.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Develop and manage budgets for field marketing programs and ensure effective use of resources.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing programs, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Work closely with the Content marketing team to develop messaging, content, and collateral that supports field marketing programs.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, including field marketing.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful field marketing programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce & Pardot)
