The Regional Vice President is accountable for the total sales results of all their assigned regions: typically managing  4-8 Account Executives, defining territories, assigning quotas, determining target accounts, mentoring and coaching team members, and assisting with their sales cycles.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Leads a team of 4 to 8 Account Executives
  • Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Mentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles

Basic qualifications:

  • 10+ years direct sales experience and 5+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader in State & Local Government 
  • Working knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution sales
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
  • Mentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles
