You can be an important part of our growth by taking on the role of Sales Operations Coordinator.  Working at the heart of our sales function, you will act as the central orchestrator and scheduler of meetings, take the lead in organizing our annual Sales Kick Off and other major events, and be the information and activity hub for multiple processes such as new employee onboarding and license compliance.  You will provide direct support to executive leadership of sales and as-needed support to others in the sales department.  

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Meeting Planning and Coordination - Take charge of our schedule of regular meetings, leveraging Google Meet, WebEx, and other tools
  • Event Planning - Be the lead in organizing our annual Sales Kick Off and other events where people travel
  • Administer programs for the sales organization such as our license compliance system and our Friday Knowledge Sharing program
  • Coordinate client visits to our headquarters
  • Update systems for employee onboarding and offboarding

Required education and experience for this role includes:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Docs, Sheets; Google Hangout and Meet).
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
