    We cover 100% of your health insurance premiums, with a nationwide network and the flexibility to upgrade your coverage. We provide a generous contribution to the Health Savings Account (HSA).

    We invest in your future by contributing to your 401(k). Appian provides a dollar for dollar match on your contributions, up to 4%

    Our Work and Life package includes:

    We offer paid time off to bond with your new child—12 weeks for all parents, plus an additional 4 weeks of recovery leave for birth mothers.

    Our family-forming benefits are offered in partnership with Maven, giving employees access to expert support, resources, and guidance for fertility, adoption, surrogacy, milk delivery, and other paths to parenthood. We also provide a $5,000 stipend to help cover costs such as IVF, adoption, and more.

    FAQs

    Starting on your first day of employment, you have 30 days to elect your health insurance plans. Benefit elections made during the initial 30-day new hire enrollment period take effect the 1st of the month following employment start date.

    The annual Open Enrollment window at Appian usually takes place in the Spring, in late April - early May.  Any benefit changes you make during Open Enrollment will take effect at the start of the next plan year starting June 1st.
