The Site Reliability Group is focused on driving the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices at Appian, improving performance and reliability of mission-critical Appian services, and building tools to reduce toil and mean time to recovery. Our group also builds and operates a global observability platform which monitors Appian deployments across all regions.
Working in Site Reliability at Appian, you will solve challenging problems on mission critical deployments and make our customers happy. You are also empowered to drive changes like bringing in new tools/practices/processes that will shape the future of SRE and Incident management at Appian.
